Contents of the Research:
  1. Conduction of the analysis of the Russian legislation’s compliance with the normative legal base of the OECD and of possible conditions of accession to the OECD legal instruments;
  2. Conduction of analysis of the Russian legislation’s compliance with norms and rules of the OECD as to the questions within the responsibility of the Ministry of education and science of Russia;
  3. Preparation of suggestions in the context of Russia’s accession to the legal norms of the OECD;
  4. Preparation of the memorandum of the Russian legislation conformity with the OECD normative legal base and conditions of accession to the OECD legal instruments.
